GUIDELINES TO CONTRIBUTORS
We would like to invite academicians from all disciplines related to education to contribute
research papers and articles for our journal.
Who can Publish?
Researchers, academicians, teachers, students, research supervisors
Procedure of submitting articles
Step 1: Send the article to firstname.lastname@example.org
After reviewing the process, you will be informed through your email address whether your article is ACCEPTED/REJECTED or TO BE MODIFIED
- If accepted you can proceed to Step 2
- If rejected it is not encouraged to resubmit the same article. But you can send in different article.
- If to be modified, you will have to resend by modifying the article in accordance with the suggestions made by Editorial board.
Step 2: Proceed with remitting the Subscription fee
The subscription fee for each author is Rs.300. If he/she is a subscriber already, then no need to
remit the subscription fee.
In case of DD, take a Demand Draft, Send by post with your full address and designation to The Manager, Research and Reflections on Education, St.Xavier’s College of Education (Autonomous),Palayamkottai - 627 002.
In case of NET BANKING TRANSFER or NEFT, send the receipt of money transfer to email@example.com
Step 3: You will get an acknowledgment letter on your email address as well as receipt after receiving the payment.
Step 4: The Accepted articles will be published in the journal both printed and online mode.
Step 5: The hard copy of the journal will be dispatched to your postal address. The Authors are expected to submit original scholarly articles in the following format.
Format for Manuscript Preparation
Title of your work should be very concise and meaningful because titles of the manuscripts are often used to search the required contents by the users.
The author must provide (i) Name (ii)Job title (iii) Institution name.
In case of more than one author, the corresponding author’s full details including phone number should be provided.
An abstract should bring about the purpose of the study, methodology employed and findings of the study. It should not exceed 100 words.
The main text should contain Introduction, Background of the study, Significance of the study, Objectives, Hypotheses, Methodology, Analysis of data, Findings and Interpretations, Educational Implications and reference. Make sure that every table or figure is referred in the text.
Authors are advised to follow the referencing style used by American Psychological Association (APA). Sixth Edition.
Manuscripts should be typed in MS Word, should be in English and should be sent online via e-mail and hard copy through post.
Font Style : Arial in 12 Point.
Length of paper
The length of the paper should not exceed 8 pages. Articles should be typed in 1.5 space on one side of the paper only (preferably A4)..
